@Resa - A video blog hmm... this could be embarrassing but I agree it might be interesting. Let me brain about that.

@Luke & @Caitlin - I figure I have a week and a half until I have to cross that bridge. By that time I'll either be well adapted and alert during all wake-sessions (and able to push rest times back by up to 1-2 hours when needed) OR I will have reverted back to monophasic sleep. I'm anticipating being well adjusted by that point, but it's still early in the experiment. Its difficult to say where I'm at on the adaption scale, but my guess is that things will get more difficult still before they get easier.

Keep it up... I think I'm going to start keeping you constantly updated on my sleep schedule just to mess with you. I slept for 9 1/2 glorious hours last night and awoke in a tylenol PM induced haze at 9:52 am. Seriously though, great read - it will be interesting to see how it progresses over the next few weeks. You're going to have to be awake enough to drive me to PT and class btw...

Ya know... I think some vlogs of this would be awesome. Especially of the incoherent, semi-awake phases and the yawnstare.

Just a thought.

Anyway, I'm really enjoying reading your progress. I can't really think of many others who could truly pull this off, so keep it up!
